Products we build and run

Our own products, built on the same engineering we bring to client work.

Knowledge you can trace back to its source

MindVault

MindVault turns an organization's documents and live external data into an always-current knowledge layer. Every answer cites its source and is scoped to the asker's permissions, and the system refuses to answer when the evidence is not there.

Visit MindVault
  • A live deployment indexes around 10,000 documents and more than 50,000 pages, with continuous ingestion from regulatory feeds.
  • Version-aware: answers found across several revisions of one document come back together, with the differences made explicit.
  • Role-based access is applied at retrieval, and it can run entirely on private infrastructure.
Answer: a comparison drawn from the product documentation, set out to read at a glance.
Sources: every answer ends with the documents and pages it came from.
Library: the documents MindVault answers from, in folders, each one indexed before it is used.

A command center for large live events

FestivalOps

FestivalOps coordinates six specialized AI agents under one command center: Transport, Knowledge and FAQ gaps, Escalation, Planner, Weather and Budget. The same platform runs a public assistant that answers attendee questions by calling tools behind the scenes.

  • Built for live operations at around 200,000 attendees, processing signals as they arrive rather than in batch.
  • A dedicated Escalation agent routes critical events to human operators. When in doubt, it escalates.
  • Every tool call is logged with its arguments and results, with sensitive keys redacted.
Insights: what attendees ask about, grouped into themes and sized by how many asked.
Knowledge: the official answers, by topic, with the source behind every fact.
Knowledge gaps: the questions the assistant couldn't answer, ready for the organizer to fill in.

Automated bookkeeping for accounting practices

Zora

Zora is our product for Romanian accounting practices. Clients photograph their receipts and invoices; Zora reads them, suggests accounts from each client's own ledger history, checks bank lines against documents, and writes the approved entries straight into Saga. Its promise is in its tagline: the month closes on its own.

  • Documents arrive on their own: a phone app for receipts, e-Factura and Google Drive imports, a forwarding address per company, and a browser extension that collects invoices from supplier portals.
  • Bank, documents and ledger are checked against each other, so missing receipts show up per client, and the client is asked for them by email.
  • A PC agent writes approved entries into desktop Saga and can cancel what it wrote. Declarations, deadlines and the ANAF SPV inbox are tracked for every client in one place.
Review: the receipt, what was read from it, and the supplier checked against ANAF.
Dashboard: what is waiting, across every client of the practice.
Declarations: what is overdue or due this week, per client.
