Problem: Quality documentation was read and re-keyed by hand, and every audit meant working through the same files again.
Outcome: QA documents are parsed automatically. Reviewers handle the exceptions instead of reading whole documents.

Logistics and freight

Problem: Commercial negotiation ran person by person over email and phone, so terms moved slowly and inconsistently.
Outcome: An AI sales negotiator takes the first pass, and the team steps in on the cases that need judgement.
