Code Industry

Where we work

Industries

The sectors we know well enough to be useful in the first week.

Sector knowledge, not sector brochures

We do not claim every industry. These are the ones where we have shipped systems, know the constraints, and can argue with your engineers on the first call.

Innovation Engineered for Industrial Manufacturing

Industrial manufacturing

Production lines, coordination between systems that were never meant to talk, and the downtime that costs most. AI-led insight on the data you already collect, and IoT where the machines are not yet connected.

Testing procedures from the order

For a global process-automation manufacturer: an agent that turns each order into a complete, cross-checked testing procedure. It reconciles several engineering data sources and flags inconsistencies before they reach the floor, and every procedure is traceable to its source and passes a human review.

QA documents read on arrival

Quality documents used to be read and re-keyed by hand, and every audit meant working through the same files again. They are parsed as they arrive now. Reviewers deal with the exceptions.

Machines that were never connected

Sensor networks and edge computing for equipment built long before anyone expected it to join a network. We have firmware for the common chipsets, and we put the inference next to the machine when a round trip to the cloud takes too long.

Pentesting the plant floor

Penetration testing across the corporate network, the APIs behind it, and the SCADA and OT systems on the floor. Confirmed critical findings go to you as soon as we have them, and we re-test once they are fixed.

Innovation Engineered for Energy

Energy

Telemetry from assets in the field and the pipeline that carries a reading to someone who can act on it. Edge computing where connectivity is intermittent and devices stay out there for years.

Answers you can trace to a document

A source-traceable knowledge layer over an organization's documents and live regulatory feeds. Every answer cites its source and respects the asker's permissions, and the system refuses to answer when the evidence is not there. A live deployment indexes around 10,000 documents and more than 50,000 pages.

Telemetry at full volume

Our MQTT broker holds millions of device connections, with session handling that survives the load. A reading leaves the asset and reaches a dashboard without waiting for a batch window.

Edge where the link drops

Processing at the data source rather than in the cloud, for devices that sit in a field for years on a connection that comes and goes. Firmware you cannot casually redeploy. Storage and ingest sized so the volume of data does not turn into the bill.

The evidence NIS2 and DORA ask for

Readiness work mapped to each framework's controls, with risks scored on CVSS and ranked by regulation and business impact. You get what an auditor expects: scope, method, findings, remediation dates, proof of re-test. One assessment covers several frameworks at once.

Innovation Engineered for Logistics and Freight

Logistics and freight

Planning, tracking and the commercial side of moving goods. Custom software for the point where the off-the-shelf system stops fitting, and AI where the work is repetitive negotiation or document handling.

Negotiating the load, end to end

For a freight and logistics operator: an AI agent that works inbound load-board leads and negotiates the price over email, end to end. Anything outside policy goes to a person. It ran unattended on live lead flow for about a year, across hundreds of full-truck-load deals.

Past what the TMS covers

Custom web and mobile software for the parts of planning, tracking and settlement your TMS was never going to reach. React in front, .NET or Python behind it, both on one backend.

Innovation Engineered for Construction and Engineering

Construction and engineering

Tender preparation, document-heavy workflows, and project data spread across more tools than anyone can keep in their head. Automation that shortens the paperwork rather than adding to it.

Quantity takeoff from plan sheets

For a civil-engineering contractor: storm-drain quantity takeoff from plan sheets. One guided click propagates across the sheet, callouts bind to the right drawing segments, and each correction teaches the model.

Innovation Engineered for Technology and Professional Services

Technology and professional services

Product builds for companies whose product is software, and the platform work a small internal team cannot staff on its own. We work in your repositories, pipelines and review process.

A go-to-market engine that runs itself

An autonomous go-to-market engine for B2B sales and consultancy. It sources target companies, finds the decision-maker, scores buying signals, runs outreach and books qualified meetings with a one-page brief. Contact-frequency and suppression rules are checked before anything is sent.

Zora, for accounting practices

Receipts and invoices arrive by phone, e-Factura, a forwarding address, or a browser extension that pulls them off supplier portals. Bank lines, documents and the ledger are checked against each other, clients are chased for what is missing, and approved entries go into Saga.

A team in your repositories

Product builds, and the platform work a small internal team cannot staff on its own. We work in your repositories, your pipelines and your review process, and an existing system gets read and written up before any of it is rewritten.

Security code review

Frontend, backend and infrastructure as code: authentication, access control, encryption, secrets, payments, third-party libraries. We take a read-only snapshot under NDA so your development is not held up, and afterwards your developers get the fix patterns and a session to go through them.
